The information presented is derived from published clinical research and processed by AI — it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

Use at Your Own Risk
Supplement recommendations generated by Evidence Stack are based on published research and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every recommendation is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
- Evidence grades reflect the current state of published research and may change as new studies are published.
- Interaction warnings cover common interactions but are not exhaustive. They do not replace a pharmacist's review of your full medication list.
- AI-generated analysis (powered by GPT-4o) may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information despite our constraints and post-processing checks.
- Cost estimates are approximate and based on typical retail pricing. Actual costs vary by brand, retailer, and region.

Accounts & Termination
You may create an account to save stacks, track daily intake, and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse of the service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
Intellectual Property
The Evidence Stack name, logo, supplement database, evidence grade system, and website content are the property of Evidence Stack. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
Supplement recommendations generated for you are yours to use as you see fit. We claim no ownership over your personal health data or the stacks generated for you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of Evidence Stack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
